We are based in London and we also offer online sessions if preferred. 

Our fees start at £150 for therapy, however, we also offer a sliding scale rate so if these fees are unaffordable for you please let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate, 

Yes we do. Our highly experienced Psychologists are able to carry out an assessment and diagnose (if relevant). A letter detailing the outcome of the assessment can be provided if needed. 

Absolutely, many clients are unaware of the type of treatments available or which would be best for them. We are happy to offer a free intiial chat with our Psychologists to discuss this further. Please contact us to book the initial chat. 

It's not mandatory to prepare anything but it can certainly help if you have a think about what you would like help with and what could have resulted in the difficulties you may be experiencing now. It would also be helpful to prepare any questions you may have for the therapist. 

We offer appointments between 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday. Just let us know your availability and we'd be happy to work around this. 

If you are in distress and you think you may hurt yourself or someone else, please contact 999 or go to your local Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department as soon as possible. 

Therapy is 100% confidential unless you reveal a threat of risk to yourself or someone else. For full details please contact us or refer to the therapy contract. 

Apart from the sliding scale fees, we also offer a discount for bulk booking sessions. Please contact us for more information on this. 

Absolutely! We offer remote sessions via online platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet. Please ensure you have a good internet connection when opting for online sessions. 

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, just let us know 48 hours prior to your appointment and we'll give you a full refund.
