We all experience psychological distress from time to time and could do with some support. Whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, we are here to teach you tools and techniques to manage these difficulties. 

Fee: From £150 per session

We also offer a sliding scale fee. 

Most couples come to therapy at breaking-point, and while therapy can be helpful in that situation, it's better to come as soon as possible.  This would enable you to attend therapy with your loved one to make lasting changes in the relationship. 

Fee: From £170 per session

Similarly to adults, children can also experience difficulties related to their mental health. Child therapy offers the child a space to think, reflect and make sense of their behaviour. 

Fee: From £150 per session

We offer a range of letters and reports.  This can include an assessment and report for schools, universities, the Council, etc. 

Fee: From £300 

We also offer Medico-Legal Reports for legal purposes and are able to work with a tight deadline. Just give us a call or send an email with the appropriate information and we can get started.

Fee: From £1500

We cover a range of assessments, which also include a report of the outcome and a treatment plan.

Adult (18+) ADHD Assessment: £600

Child & Adolescent ADHD Assessment: £650

Autism Screening (GARS): £300

Autism Assessment (ADOS-2): £1500

Dissociative Identity Disorder Assessment (SCID-D): £1000 

We have qualified and registered professionals who are able to provide comments for Psychology and Mental health-related topics for the media. Our practitioners are also able to provide Duty of Care assessments and reports to those involved in Media projects to safeguard their wellbeing.
